Dip & Dough started with one question: what if the humble mini donut got the full dessert treatment?
We grew up on Bangkok street snacks — warm, golden and honest. The mini donut was always the people’s favourite, but it rarely got dressed up. So we spent months perfecting two things: a batter that fries up properly crispy on the outside and feather-light inside, and a lineup of dips that respect the classics.
Our five signature dips come from ingredients we love: real pandan leaf steeped into coconut cream, strong Thai tea brewed the way cha yen should be, ube with real purple yam, rich dark chocolate, and of course — condensed milk, the eternal king of Thai desserts.
Today you’ll find our fryer set up at the Carlsbad Farmers Market every Wednesday and the Oceanside Farmers Market every Thursday. Small batches, fried on the spot, all day long. When the box is empty, we fry more.
