Are your donuts made fresh?
Yes — every donut is fried in small batches throughout the day, so you always get a warm, crispy shell and a soft, fluffy centre.
What makes your donuts crispy?
We use a carefully balanced batter and a double-frying technique that gives a golden, crispy crust while keeping the inside light and airy.
Which dip should I try first?
Condensed milk is the classic crowd-pleaser. If you love chocolate, go for the rich dark chocolate dip; for a distinctly Thai flavour, try pandan or Thai tea.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Order through LINE (@dipanddough) or Instagram DM, and we will arrange delivery through our partner couriers.
Are there vegan or gluten-free options?
Not yet — our batter contains egg and milk, and all five dips contain dairy. We are working on a vegan lineup, so follow us for updates.
Can I order for parties or events?
Absolutely. Party Boxes and the Full Experience combo are perfect for birthdays and office parties. Order at least 24 hours in advance through LINE or Instagram.
